Millcreek has gone to the dogs literally. The canyon has become a dog park. What if the canyon charged dog owners a per dog fee to use the canyon; or, what if owners could pay a monthly charge to enjoy the mountains with pets? I enjoy having my dog up there as much as anyone, but the off leash owners who let their dogs roam are rediculous. It would eliminate those who are not serious about taking care of the area, and it would collect funds for improvements to the canyon. The money earned could be put into a shuttle service, bike lanes etc.
