I hope the court acts in the best interest of the kids and gets them out of there until things are settled. This may be another Josh Powell waiting to happen. Let's not make the same mistake twice.

I had the same thought as FlamingSword and Quetzalcotl when I read the article. Have we learned nothing from the Powell debacle? Get those children out of the home! Doesn't anyone care about the children?

Hopefully, this young man, and strong older brother will get the help he needs to keep his siblings from further harm. One has to wonder why police and courts take such a long time to see what is so very apparent to others? Yes, reminds one of the tragedy experienced by the Cox family....

What a sad situation, when a sibling this age needs to step in and be the mature, sensible adult in the family. I wish this young man and his aunt well in trying to protect the younger kids.
