Ute alumni,

I would love that too, but sadly too many people would put her with "that man Bush". She would destroy Joe in any debate...and I would watch...and laugh.

"...what happens all over the world is our business,"

Yeah, sounds like a guy I want in office. NOT. More ill-advised, unconstitutional wars, just because everything is "our business?" No, thanks.

WHAT NOW?

Key re-Publican talking point.

President Obama uses a teleprompter.

Use this talking point, at least once, in every comment, about the President.

However...

Marco...rubio...the junior senator from florida, stumbled in delivering his speech because he lost...er misplaced the last page(s) of his monolog.

Reading a speech or using a teleprompter?

Hmmm...

Surely, the junior senator from florida should not be lampooned for making a mistake in delivering a speech which showcases his grasp of foreign policy?

Right?

Rubio is the warhawk's hawk, apparently. Willing to justify any deadly use of armed intervention needlessly risking our volunteer defense forces and needlessly endangering civilian populations overseas. This, coupled with the fact that he literally complicates Romney's Mormon ties by being an expediently ex-Mormon politico (Rubio simply left the LDS Church never mentioning it anymore, after moving to the more Catholic Florida), leaves me hoping that Romney doesn't choose him as the GOP veep candidate.

Condalisa Rice would be a stellar pick.

Then, in 8 years, we could have Hillary Vs. Condalisa for President.

Re. the Carl Rove article--No Carl, you were right--Cheney was a terrible vice-president; he persuaded Bush to invade Iraq, cut taxes, and then spend money like a drunk sailor.

Once again, no one seems to care about the ONLY reason to choose a running mate - that he/she would be able to be a good PRESIDENT. Condi would never get the job because her sense of decency would make it painful for her to lie every day at campaign stops. Romney's on record as wanting a VP like Cheney, so as long as the REAL one's around, he'll be the one to get the call when there's trouble. What - you think Mitt wants Marco Rubio's advice?

Mitt should pick Congressman Allen West!
He's sharp, brilliant, African-American, former military, conservative... and he doesn't take guff from anyone.
