Excellent advice. Thank you for sharing your story. I think it illustrates well one of the greatest temptations to a business venture - to forget what the business identity is. The result is manifested in lost customers or clients, because they associate with the business because of the strength of the relationship and benefits of the relationship. When we forget who we are and what our purpose is, the need for the relationship ceases to exist.
