So how many have they caught? Must not be many because the problem is getting worse and we never hear about recovered copper/brass thefts, and for a good reason, police do not consider theft any priority or a crime. The police considers insured crimes as not a part of their duties. We can kill people for it and it seems the only way justice is served for this crime. If citizens were allowed to help their neighbor with deadly force intervention of thieves in action then this crime may come to an end.
We must have legislation enact laws to make theft a capital crime like it is supposed to be according to the constitution and bill of rights in defending personal and private property from theft. Deadly force is the only justice thieves understand.
