Is this supposed to be serious "news" or does it belong in a column dealing with circus acts?
Ross (Rocky) Anderson was a lawyer for the ACLU before becoming Salt Lake City's mayor. His main claim to fame is that he opposed the Main Street Plaza and fought tooth and nail against the skybridge over Main Street. He lost both fights.
