Got to love trying to drive in downtown Salt Lake City. Where people can not see some thing as big as a train.
No government regulation or safety feature can compensate for a drivers poor judgment. It is not the fault of the transit system. Do not institute some pricedure that will make responsible drivers pay a penalty for those who are irresponsible.
