He is doing well enough on home confinement that further liberties are being considered? Unless the person making this decision can see into his mind, please do not give him further liberties.
We almost lost tens if not hundreds of students at a high school because of him.

@cjb. We didn't almost lose tens or hundreds of students. "Investigators did not locate any explosives." These kids were acting totally inappropriate, but it wasn't real.

Yes plotting to murder fellow students is totally inappropriate. Are you familiar with the term "conspiracy"? In criminal law, a conspiracy is an agreement between two or more persons to break the law at some time in the future. You can go to prison for doing what these two young men have been charged with.
