Though water is critical some one has to come up with a invention to make if feasible to store water for long term storage. We need large amounts in barrell size but it has to be drained and refilled to prevent it from becoming contaminated.
Purification kits are for small amounts of water and hard to regulate for large quantities so its safe to drink or use. Bottled water is not the answer because it is not a sterilized water for long term storage. Bleach is good but hard to regulate since there are no means to tell how much or how often to add it. Boiling will sterilize but not filter out TDS matter.
Filters are expensive and take up a lot of space so when a solution becomes available I am waiting.
