I find Tosh.0 offensive almost every time I see it but I think they are going to really have to stretch to charge this guy with an actually crime. Lack of good judgment clearly, but Tosh.0 s a television show, however tasteless, not a criminal act. Now maybe if he'd tied them all in their chairs and forced them to watch it...
Teachers must be held responsible by the school when they fail to supervise students appropriately. Either this teacher will face disciplinary action for failing to supervise the content distributed in the class or will be disciplined based on his being outside the class. Either way he failed in his most basic responsibility as a teacher.
This worthy of know more than a warning to the young teacher to show better judgement. Shame there is not a link to the video
I think Eli is an amazing teacher and person, I had him for a math teacher and he helped me more than any teacher I had ever had. I was in college and he played music we couldnt stand but it was all non affensive music, and now some whinny high school girl that needs attention is trying to ruin a teachers life. Who is going to want to be a teacher, you get horrible pay and high school kids that can ruin your life for attention they need.
