We have all kinds of "immigration consultants," including the entire cheap labor lobby and all the employers who threaten to expose and/or export imported workers if they step out of line. Meanwhile, those who come here by following the rules are shut out because our perceived capacity is exhausted on those who are smuggled (or self-smuggled) in here without even the slightest hint of authorization.
