In the true spirit of the PHB, my department banned the posting of Dilbert cartoons. Although the ban no longer seems to be in force, I'm sure excessive use of Dilbert would once again be viewed as 'unprofessional' rather than a measure of morale.
The beatings will continue until morale improves.
