More illegal actions being perpetrated by the medical industry in Utah. The medical industry has no right to pass laws countering the consumers of their right to due process and laws. Contractual obligation of one spouse should not be upheld as legal contract of non consenting spouse or cohabitant.

It will force many marriages to divorce for convenience when it used to be marriage for convenience. Now this law will add to the rise of divorce and family disunity. Especially among the elderly and life long companions will be shattered by medical greed. This kind of law will force people to break up families, increase bankruptcies, and loss of homes. Even health care will be compromised and refused if this law is allowed to give doctors and hospitals more powers to confiscate property, retirement funds, and destroy families.
