I hope and pray this new development finally helps solve this case, and brings peace to little Rachael's parents: Jeff Runyan, and Elaine ?Runyan?-Simmons.
This is good news. This case has gone unsolved for to long.
I remember when this happened. My oldest daughter was the same age as Rachel when this happened. She is such a beautiful little girl. Life has gone on and I am still shocked that they have not found out who did this. My thoughts and prayers have been with this family for all these years. I hope this will all work out soon. I sure don't know what to say in these kind of situations. Words are not enough. Sending love and prayers your way.
