With his past record I hope they will keep him off the street and protect the public from him. I see that he has a list of conviction and can't stay out of trouble and follow what he is told to do by the courts. I believe that he needs to be held in the county jail till his trial on these new charges and then sent to prsion and no more time in the free world for awhile, before he commits more crime against the people of Utah.
