After watching several people in different cars working on laptop computers and reading books while driving, why do we not make it illegal to veiw anything but the road while driving?

ban phone period people are rude and dont care about anyone but themselves as they go slow on the freeway or cut you off, or just everthing but drive safe. most slow downs on the freeway is because they are not hinking right they brake for everthig instead of reacting in the right manner. film t he freeways and it would shock you what goes on in this valley. slc.
