I would like to read more about this
and in particular "blowing nicotine in the air"
as quoted in another newspaper

I don't participate in these activities, but who cares if there is a hookah bar somewhere. Talk about conservatives wanting government intrusion into our personal lives. Where will it end?

Again we see the GOP putting more government in people's lives.

The party of smaller govt, and "get govt out of our lives", except when we want something we dont like, banned.

@Joe Blow: Unfortunately government has to step in whenever the actions of one group of people infringe on the rights of another group of people.

I'm not a smoker in any form, but I've never understood how someone couldn't even get through a meal without lighting up. Unfortunately a lot of these new laws are being made to enforce what was simple common courtesy decades ago.

"the manager of Huka Bar and Grill in Murray,"

Uh, I pretty much think that those entering the Huka Bar and Grill know what is going on inside.

I also never understood why Restaurants had to go smokeless.

Wouldn't the free market eventually establish a balance and people could choose for themselves? Ie, smoking and smokefree restaurants?

Smoking and smokefree Bars?

Do something to control the Illegals like passing E-Verify and leave the poor guy who is using the E-Cig to keep from using Tobacco alone.

Sounds like a sensible new policy, especially the ban from public places.

Our legislature in Utah is a complete Joke!
Banning the appearance of evil in an electronic cigarette?
while passing a law.... to carry around a shotgun in public and not be hassled by law enforcement.

Can Utah go 1 year without new and improved gun laws and or ways to honor guns?
