Hopefully the Deseret News will do a better job of explaining why February 18 was selected for the date to honor these Japanese Americans besides reporting a legislative resolution. The Salt Lake Tribune did a much better job of describing the upcoming event that coincides with this state legislative resolution that will be held at the Grand America Hotel with more than 900 people in attendance.
