There's a radio commercial for some diet product, and they insult our intelligence by claiming that "it is natural so you know it is safe."

As I tell my biology students, snake venom and wild mushrooms are natural, but they are not safe!

The pancreas disease has become a big problem since high fructose corn syrup and odd oils like cotton seed and corn oil has came on the market. I look at the label.

even medications from the big companies are made of nature unless they get the stuff from outer space or make a new element in a lab. all things from the earth are nature.
