Love the attention Keeton is getting for our program. Even when he's gone, we'll be in good hands with Garretson.

Go Ags! Win the Mountain!

How things have changed over the last four years. Going from one of the worst teams to a team that has gone to three bowl games in the last three years and the only Utah team to win a bowl game last year. There is no doubt that Chuckie helped grow this team to where it is at.

chuck needs to protect those small legs. knee brace up!

Sure fun watching this guy on the field

Really exciting to see the Aggies having optimistic momentum going into the 2014 season. With a group of stellar athletes and the spectacular Keeton, the team should be really fun to watch and support this year.

I love watching Chuckie and I have a ton of respect for him.

I will be cheering for him and the Aggies all season long except for when they visit Provo. But I sure hope he stays healthy. Even though it made it a lot easier to beat USU last year, I hated to see him leaving the game.

Good luck to Chuckie and USU this year.

Looks like he is a classic humble guy. Hope for the best for him and the USU Football Team.

Name 1 big win, or even marginally elite school he's beaten. ? this guy is an above average qb and he will lose at LEAST 4 games this year. I'm not sold on him or usu.

Keeton is a great talent and will likely have a good shot at the NFL if he can stay healthy . . .

But you're deluded to think anybody from USU or the MWC will get any attention from the Heisman voters. Remember Aggies--Logan, Utah is a long way from New York City and any "Power 5" Conference.

Enjoy the season and Keeton's performance--just don't dream about any serious acknowledgement from the eastern media snobs.

This is one Ute who will be rooting for Chuckie all year. That guy is flat out fun to watch play!

If he played for the best team in utah he would have won 4 or five by now.

@tuffgong, I would guess from the tenor of your post, that you have never seen him play. If that is the case I suggest you go to the Youtube highlight video of his Sophomore season and perhaps you will see why he has generated such a wide national following. He is one of the most exceptional and exciting quarterbacks I have ever seen play in person outside of the pros. And my experience is extensive at the PAC 12 level, very much like Oregon's Mariotta. Your comment that he will lose 4 games this year may be true, but that hardly means he isn't a stellar QB.

@Big Al,
I agree with you…I don't think anyone expects Chuckie, regardless of how great his season is, to make a trip to NYC for the Heisman award. However it is the fact that he is on the watch list that has all Aggies proud. First time for USU. And if you follow his taped interviews, he is an amazingly articulate, superior spokesman for USU football. Just enjoy the buzz!

Well deserved. I hope he can stay healthy and go out on top.

"Utah States Keeton getting Heisman hype." Really, a guy that is always hurt and has never played a full year is getting Heisman hype? That must be the beginning of a bad joke. I agree with tuffgong completely. I guess I'm the only one.

@Stang0, you are misinformed...he played his entire Sophomore year. Check out his highlights on Youtube, you will be impressed.

Its a good thing there are so many aggie articals to tide me over till the season starts. My birds get allmost no coverage and I would just shrivel up and blow away in the wind without any atention.

And the two people who are the most predictable are following what I said. I doubt I will be impressed. Okay so he played one full season. Still not impressive enough to gain Heisman hype. Actually 08Stanley our Birds have plenty of articles that I've already commented on. That would be "almost" and "attention". Try and get it right next time if you are pretending to be me.

Stang0, not impressive enough to get Heisman hype? He got it already!! What are you talking about? He was on ESPN last night as a Heisman watch list, he is well known throughout the country and gaining more fans with the increased exposure. What I don't get is why you can't appreciate that he is an exceptional athlete like the rest of the sporting world? You have become the Anti-Keeton.

Tinplater, I got tons of respect for you. I really like your perspective and what you bring to the table in these discussions. You've really helped to widen my own views, too.

With that being said, I just don't understand why you insist on engaging somebody who has zero desire to use sound logic, plausible reasoning, or thoughtful dialogue regarding a sports team he despises. Sheesh, the guy is way more anti-Aggie than pro-Bird. It's like Chris B, but worse.

It's just not a recipe for anything good IMO.
