One family trip involved a 23 day journey that included putting our feet in all five of the Great Lakes, spending 5 days at a lake cabin in Ontario, visiting LDS history sites in NY, Niagra Falls, Gettysburg, Smokey Mtn National Park, an Atlanta Braves home game, OK City bombing site, and a few other places along the way. Wanting my children to see the east like I remember from my youth, the round trip adventure from Utah was fabulous. As we arrived home my wife and I asked our kids what their favorite thing about the trip was. Expecting a glorious report of Niagra Falls or daily miniature golfing in Gatlinburg, TN or a Braves home run in the ninth, our teenage son piped in,"pulling in the driveway!"

Now that all six kids are grown up, they want to travel all over the place and take mom and dad with them!
