Is anyone surprised by this ?.And know Obama wants to do the immigration problem by himself. It would mirror the debacle of the unaffordable health care law.

And so it continues. Obamacare, the supposed legacy of this administration is still struggling mightily. Out of 8 million signups, there are almost 3 million with issues and discrepancies. Wow... that's a pretty high percentage. And out of those discrepancies, only 1% are being resolved on a timely basis. That's a pretty low percentage.

It's little wonder that a watchdog group, and not the agency itself, would report these issues. Not very flattering to Obamacare or to the administration. And yet the biggest problems are yet to come, when the employer covered health insurance groups, which are multiple times bigger than this last independent signup group, and of which the president unilaterally delayed the signup deadline, will take effect at the end of this year... unless he takes it upon himself to change the deadline yet again. Those Executive Power mandates just keep coming and coming, whether Congress should legally be involved or not.

Without substantial changes between now and then, there is going to be major backlash and rebellion against Obamacare once the majority of people become effected. Right now, it's only 8 million out of 330 million people. Watch out, America!
