Madam or Madame President. Maybe both are acceptable uses.

I wonder what the Hard Choices were? One choice Simon and Schuster might regret is if they actually printed 1 million copies of the hard cover edition, as I heard. Imagine the bubble the east coast publishing world must live in to believe Hillary is anywhere near that popular. If they did print that many, these books are going to end up in Family Dollar stores pretty quick. Plus most anyone who has watched Hillary as Sec State knows there is no there there. Why read about nothing except a travel log, a reset button, and "what difference does it make"?

Are you serious?

Let me re-write that comment
Imagine the bubble the GOP world must live in to believe Hillary is anywhere near that popular, to be attacking her so relentlessly. They must think she will be the next President of the United States of America.

@ Hutterite

The U.S.A. is becoming so liberal that I'm sure you are right. Either term would be acceptable.

The same said for the so called death of the T-Party, right. Tell me the Democrats are not scared to death of a continuation of 2010 this next election. And by the way, people like Rush Limbaugh and Bill O'Reilly sell more books than Hillary. So, just who is the most popular? Finally, who else do we have to attack? You guys will have a whole bunch of Republicans running. We, so far, only have one Democrat in sight as to a possible Presidential candidate. Can you name any others? You guys seem to be putting all your eggs into one basket, which could be titled: Let's relive the Clinton years. Of course if we do that, it would have to be with a Republican Congress.

1st: No we are not scared. On the contrary, the Tea Party is one of the best things that has happened to the Democtratic Party.

2nd: Rush Limbaugh and Bill O'Reilly seeling more books than Hillary. Probably! But remember they are in different categories. Hilarry's books are " Non-Fiction".

Hillary lied about being named after Sir Edmond Hillary, and being shot at in Bosnia.

Why read her book not knowing what's true, or false?
