Why should this kind of thing even involve a process?
Once an illegal alien is convicted of a felony via due process, he or she should immediately be deported with no opportunity to ever be admitted legally. End of story.

There should not be a lengthy followup once a due-process felony conviction is made. Once a felony conviction is established, all other admittance rights are then abrogated.

Our legal system is becoming archaic is some ways. It allows greedy lawyers to continue the process ad nauseum, simply to line their personal pockets.

One wrongful thing is very obvious. The Obama administration should never, under any circumstance, allow convicted murderers and sexual predators back on American streets to endanger innocent lives, as they've done. There is no excuse for such a stupid, political related exploit.

Such doings continue to make me wonder how in the name of common sense did this administration ever win a second term. There are now far too many very low-information voters bused to voting booths who know almost nothing about the consequences of their votes. Sad. Very sad that we all have to live with the consequences.

Well barack?

You welcome them to our country even though they won't do so legally and then when they break even more laws you just let them stay in the country?

Not all these immigrants are Mexicans.

Is Barry opening the door for terrorists, and protecting our country?

"The immigrants nearly all still face deportation and are required to check in with immigration authorities while their deportation cases are pending."

The pending cases will take years, probably even decades, to resolve.

"He said he has asked for a 'deeper understanding' of the releases..."

I'll give him a deeper understanding. It's illegal. And, shamefully, it's a political tactic to secure the Hispanic vote in the upcoming midterm elections.

Furthermore, news reports indicate that scores of illegals, now mostly young people, continue to pour in over the border and are dumped off at bus stops in Phoenix and Tucson. What's going on, here?

The person behind these charades should be called to account.
