Scientist might still be working to identify the victims but I think they have run out of need for the remains in forensic testing or they wouldn't be going to a museum as specimens of terrorist. Apparently the forensic has completed and the families do deserve the remains be put to rest in hallowed ground even in a common grave of unidentified individuals with tombstone of all names as missing victims of war in a single grave marked by the event.

I think that all survivors and missing should be declared warriors of war with the same rights and benefits of all veterans of war. Including those who sacrificed their lives in the plane crashes to protect other amreicans from the heinous deaths. It could be called the shortest one day war ever fought and lost with so many lives sacrificed by americans serving their country in the 4 plane crashes on that one day.
