If she would stay away forever...I too might once again be proud of my country

The real news here is that two of the countries our President is visiting are not treating it as an official state visit. This is what the article claims. Why would our President not be treated as a dignitary worthy of an official state visit? Have we slipped that much????

If they are foolish enough to want Michelle "For The First Time In My Life I'm Finally Proud To Be An American" Obama, then they can have her.

    How long, Lord, how long?....

If all those countries want her, let's hold a contest. Whoever writes the best entry, in 25 words or less, why they want Mr. and Mrs. Obama, gets them both.

Toss in most of Congress, the Federal courts, and state governors as an additional bonus. What a deal. Who could resist that (especially most Americans)?

    @GaryO:

What has Michelle done to display intelligence, and be an asset to the president?

Why did she give up her lawyer license, who pays for her twelve thousand dollar dresses, and vacations to Vail Colorado?

Just curious how you came up with this.

And, the sarcasm of the year award goes to GaryO's comment above:

"‘Some countries get Obama, but want his wife, too’

Of course they do. Michelle Obama is a charming and intelligent woman and an American emissary in her own right, who is able to represent America in a very positive way.

She is an asset to the President and the nation."

Question: When did Obama visit Utah?

Those other countries can have her, but they don't know what they are getting themselves into. I agree with Liberal Ted. I'd donate a couple pay checks to a new election if it meant getting rid of the Dear Leader.

I wonder if she is still proud of the country. it took her 40 years to get that way.

I read in another publication that BO and the dems must be getting desparate about the upcoming elections, they are dragging the tired old race card out again.

If those countries want the obamas, they can have them. In fact make them citizens of your country. I would gladly accept the costs to have an election to replace him. Or we can save ourselves a lot of time and ask Mitt Romney to run the country.

I will celebrate for years, after the obamas are out of office. Then again if we elect clinton, pilosi, ried, or any other democrat loser then there really isn't much reason to celebrate.

The most laughable part, is the uninformed voters that though they could vote themselves into prosperity. They're still being hurt badly.

You see, the democrats rely on you being in a bad place. If you were to get out, then you would no longer need them. Where republicans need you to succeed to make it possible for the country to be strong.
