It's pretty clear that there should be a field of 64(a) and (b). The mid-majors like Witchita, Creighton, Mercer, SFA, BYU, Coastal Carolina and others deserve to play more than one or two games in a post season tourney.

One and done or none and done every year is sad...

Gonzaga goes down tonight and the P12 ends up with 3 teams still rolling into the S16...WCC wins one game?? Kind of a waste for fans as well as the teams. Let's make it like Class Basketball in high school.

Actually, the only thing that is more clear than ever, is that there is much more parity among most basketball savy conferences than fans of some of the so- called "prestigious" conferences want to admit. Any decent team can win on almost any given day and also upsets happen so often that the term is almost a misnomer.

My bracket is a complete mess this year...

@Weber State Graduate - your not alone, smiled. I did pick Narvard and Sf Austin in the first round and got it right. But the rest was history. I should have known better not to pick BYU when knowing KC absent.

There are valid commentators of the NCAA selection process that believes that there was a conspiracy to stop Wichita State. Kentucky as an eighth seed is laughable. It is almost as laughable as Louisville being a four seed. A winner from a mid major conference would have been devastating for big money interests.

So where are those BYU fans who kept insisting that the PAC12 is a weak conference? Hmmmm. . .

Bored to the point of THIS!

I agree with JBQ.

The committee loaded that region to make it very difficult for Wichita State to succeed.

Official make it hard for the little guys to win as well. They give larger school the benefit of having "athletic" players who don't commit fouls, verses the small school "lesser" athletes who do! Then the commentators bail out the officials by agreeing with the calls.

Gets hard to watch over the length of the tournament.
