    The mid-east is supplying with oil.

    Canada doesn't want the pollution that comes with a refinery. One alternative would be to ship it to Utah and we could refine it and then ship it to the west coast using existing pipelines. Most of this oil is going to China anyway. Utah's air can't get any worse and we could use the high paying jobs I keep hearing about.

    Forget the pipeline and build a refinery at the border, problem solved.
