    This is a perfect idea. When you eat out the calories are higher, the bad fat content is higher, the sugar content is higher. The portions are MUCH bigger. And we eat it all. As a senior citizen who just this year has lost 87 lbs and no longer need to take diabetic medication we drastically need to change our eating habits and learn to exercise more. If we will only do those two things, we will regain our health as a nation. And no, kids, exercise is not sitting at a computer or video game.

    I bought prefab food when it had real salt now it's offal. May be it was offal before and I developed the taste for it.
