If an employer has 49 employees, the employer mandate under Obama Care does not effect them. AT 50 employees it will cost them $8,000 per employee. This is a $400,000 annual hit. I am an engineer that works with automation. Most businessmen would consider this a $400,000 annual automation budget.

The worlds largest manufacturer of industrial robots has informed me that sales are at unprecedented levels. Major online retailers are automating order picking and other minimum wage type jobs. Fast food restaurant chains are looking into automation.

I know one business with 80 employees that is seriously considering splitting into two corporations just so they will not be under the Obama Care mandate. Businessmen can become very creative when it comes to saving money.

Prediction: No business will ever add a 50th employee as long as Obama Care is law..
