Largely absent from this article is the perspective of the Democrats, so let's please keep everything in perspective. It's the Democrats' responsibility to foist ill-conceived legislation on the citizens. It's the Republicans' responsibility to take the blame for anything that goes wrong with Democrats' plans.

Worked well for Romney.

I voted for Romney. From an economic, political, and philosophical standpoint I feel Obamacare is the wrong direction to go (you can't fix healthcare problems with a bad law).

Having said that, it is obvious that Republicans are using Obamacare to punish Democratic political leaders.

Hopefully, after the election in 2014, and 2016, we can finally get back to the business of solving problems. There are parts of Obamacare that need to be eliminated and replaced with something better.

Washington also needs to solve the entitlement spending, deficit spending, federal debt, immigration, energy, and a whole host of other problems.

I wonder when the effort to solve some of these problems will begin?

Republicans have "election ammunition?"

Yeah, probably.

The trouble is, when Republicans have ammunition, they usually shoot themselves in the foot while causing considerable damage to the nation.

It's a pity.

LetsDebate - Oh really?

"It's the Republicans' responsibility to take the blame for anything that goes wrong with Democrats' plans?"

I don't think so.

It looks more like it's the Republicans responsibility to feel sorry for themselves as progressive Democratic plans succeed in spite of all "Conservative" efforts to stifle progress.

I didn't know anyone except for Democrat politicians and their hired spinmeisters were trying to fool the gullible masses into believing the ACA was a successful plan. With all the undisputed lies and rollout/implementation fiascos, I wasn't sure any real people actually believed it's a success.

The ACA is not progress, and the Republicans have a far better plan. I wonder who's stifling that?

We have been observing the terrible effects of Obama type socialistic government provided "health care" while serving a Church mission in South America. The taxes to support it are huge and the care is ... let's be charitable... very substandard at its best. And we are in a large metropolitan city. My wife is a 25 year experienced RN and we serve as medical advisers to over 520 young missionaries in two missions. Multiple times problems undetected here after several visits, including to "specialists" and after expensive MRI's etc, have been correctly diagnosed at home on their first visit to a provider as we send some of them home for treatment. Whether you are liberal or conservative, one cannot avoid the truth: This flawed program is a failure from the beginning and will only get worse. Seeing what we have seen here, it makes me sad of America.
