Better send in an international task force and occupy the country for a few years. I cant see any problem with this idea of mine, wait a minute........................

I could have given them that same study years ago. Wish Bush had called me and asked if we could change Afghanistan from Islamic, Sharia, Taliban rule to modern day democracy and make it stick. I'd have saved the country hundreds of billions of dollars and thousands of wounded and dead Americans. And I'm not even that smart and I could see it coming. I guess I am smarter than Bush and Obama though, and that's sad for the country. We need smarter people than that if we are to survive as a nation.

P.S. Yes I am being cynical, but I'm sure many of you reading this feel the same way.

one thing we could do to help is buy the opium from the afganies, to make our pain meds and pay higher price than the taliban or the terrorists. they fund their war with sales of opium. it seems a no brainer to me. but i have common sense and cappitaiism is dieing out with super corporations taking over all.
