    I can never understand evil.

    We must do more to protect children and families.

    I've owned a 1988 Ford Festiva for just over 24 years. I've dumped thousands of dollars into it restoring it and love it like family. Sometimes I think "What if I found myself in a situation where I needed to chase a car that had a kidnapped child in it?"

    There's not much I'd destroy my car for, but this is one of them.

    I agree with the post above; this guy should be tried and executed. Soon. None of this 15 yrs on deathrow stuff. Try him, grant him an appeal if he asks for one and execute him and do it all in 3 months or less.

    THAT'S the way justice should work in these kinds of cases.

    What a horrible tragedy. I hope the girls family can find some peace knowing that the kidnapper has been captured.
