Another amazing talent lost to a drug overdose. There are currently over 38,000 deaths annually in the U.S. from overdose, often with public knowledge of who assisted the person to get the drugs. Yet you almost never hear about a prosecution or even a lawsuit against the "pusher" or drug host. Why? Do they occur and just aren't reported by the media, or are there no prosecutions or civil lawsuits?

So, over the next 40 or so years audiences who meet interesting characters in the films will always be asking themselves or having this question in the back of their minds: "How would Phil have played/inhabitaed this Character?"

Hopefully this will show why very dangerous drugs like cocain and heroin should never be legalized. I say this only because of the recent legalization of pot.
