She's not just his "aide," she's his long term henchwoman. Christie's presidential aspirations have just gone down in flames. Further it's not clear he will be able to last as governor of New Jersey.

If Christie had anything to do with this or fostered an atmosphere in which behavior like this was encouraged or enabled -- he deserves the opprobrium Democrats are heaping on him.

But, isn't it interesting that these same Democrat political operatives unquestioningly backed the President, when he was found in exactly the same political situation over IRS targeting of political enemies?

And they continue to unquestioningly back Hillary in a much, much, MUCH worse situation.

Smells like liberal political hypocrisy to me.

The luster is gone from the Christie presidential hopes. His base left him long ago.
This is just another fly in the ointment.
