Perhaps the much maligned folks in the rural panhandle are a lot smarter than the beltway elite liberals who designed and mandated a seriously flawed system that puts the personal information of everyone who tries to apply at serious risk of identity theft.

It is foolish to spend a lot of money on a bad product you don't need. Even if a federal law says you must.
