Congratulations Colorado, Your tourist and skiing industry will continue to grow, literally.

More states will follow when they see how little crime is associated with legalization and how much money can be made by finally legalizing it.

America is actually becoming more free as we break the chains of religious oppression in a civil settings and allow laws based on ignorance and fear to be removed from the books.

This is a horrible mistake. Just horrible and a cave-in on the part of Colorado legislators but to be expected from one of the more liberal states in the country.

Thanks, Colorado for kicking down the door of big pharma/AMA control over the natural plants/herbs that can now be grown in our own gardens* that can be used with judgement and skill for health and benefit of our families.

Does this also open the door for use of medicinal herbs without pharma/AMA control? ..You know, without having to create a federal insurance mandate for people to afford overpriced and overrated pharmaceuticals.

*not really referring to marijuana

we knew Marijuana was the primary cause of stroke in young people that use it a lot. It also lowers their IQ. Now we are told this drug produces schizophrenic like lesions in the brain and the consequent side effects to memory and other functions. If you decide you love marijuana keep in mind it is not harmless. Be sure the benefits outweigh the negatives.
