A President taking off for Hollywood for a fund raising trip in these circumstances is simply the modern day counterpart of Nero fiddling while Rome burned.

At a time when our country is facing perpetual bankruptcy made worse by a dysfunctional Congress; our healthcare system is collapsing thanks to HIS legislation; and the world is becoming less safe by the minute as Iran approaches nuclear weapons (despite some sucker "agreement" they and we signed) and our economy continues to implode (again, due to HIS policies)?

Heaven help our nation and its citizens in our time of peril!

He couldn't go commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Gettysburg address but several days fundraising? Why not? What an embarrassment to the office.

What the Democrats need isn't more money it's more leadership in the form of keeping promises instead of producing lies to the American People.

He is heading to the comforting arms of his base, the wealthy Hollywood elites to find solace from his massive failures of governance and plummeting approval numbers. The Hollywood elites will give him aid and comfort and more money!

I had a comment but after reading the first six posts here I had nothing to say. Great job folks. You said what is the truth. That is something the dear leader knows little about. Truth that is.

I throw up a little bit in my mouth when I see this President hob nob with the 1%, who he has bashed for 6 years.

Bush doubles the national debt.

Obama 'should not' go to a fundraiser?

Keep paying taxes for the 1%, then complain about fund raising.

Those tax breaks were signed by George W. Bush.

@bungalow--WMD's? = Syrian chemicals.

The top 1% pays seventy percent of taxes. How is that greed on the part of Obama, Pelosi, Reid, and their Hollywood friends?

@ Pagan

"Bush doubles the national debt."

The Debt in 8 years of Bush rose 4.8 Trillion. OK now in the Kings first 3yrs 2mos. it rose 4.9 Trillion right now the Debt under the ever watchful eye of the King is up 6.1 Trillion.
Which reprsents an increase of 57 percent. In the same time frame under President George W. Bush, total federal debt rose 38 percent. Under President Clinton, it rose 32 percent.

So the still Champion spender is no other than President(doesn't know the truth)Obama.

mohokat,

If Obama added ONE dollar to the debt it would technically be 'more' debt than any other President.

Reagan tripled the debt.

W. Bush doubled the debt.

You can focus on the $ amount as much as you like…

you would be lying, if you said Obama did anything like these two Republican Presidents.

Don't like debt?

Don't vote Republican.
