Driving them to toon town, where animated caricatures of republicans dance and sway at the mad hatters tea party hoping to not draw their ire by having an independent thought.
From norquist to this new unelected group of puritans why do the republicans always have someone besides the public that they are beholden to?

Because MONEY is involved -- just as the Iraq war was primarily pushed by defense contractors and oil companies, the ant-ACA by rich medical and pharmaceutical interests, the moving of jobs overseas by the Romneys, the Kochs, and so many others.

Some folks delude themselves that their own enrichment benefits America -- but, if they are not evil by intent, they have to work hard to delude themselves that they do not hurt millions of Americans.

From threatening Democrats, the President and America -- eliminate Obamacare, or else...
to
threatening fellow Republicans to cow-tow their extremist ideas, -- or else...

It would sem that rather than coming up with a better options and plan,
threats and intimidation are the m.o. of the Tea-Party.
