Meanwhile Iran continues its goal for nuclear weapons.

Since the present sanctions are already very strong, and the new Iran President seems interested in improving relations, it would be counterproductive to put in stronger sanctions just yet.

Whether you like Iran or not, we need to get along with them better -- so allowing them a little time to improve is not only fair, but the Christian thing to do.

Joan Watson "Meanwhile Iran continues its goal for nuclear weapons."

Iran has not started a war in 200 years.

Israel is not a signatory to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.

According to the Federation of American Scientists in a 2007 report, Israel has between 75 and 400 nuclear warheads,

The nuclear capability of Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) defensive capabilities just reached another plateau this past April.  It purchased its 5th nuclear submarine that can be deployed anywhere in the world with first strike capability.

...and we pay Israel $2 Billion a year to be our friends (?) I'm guessing we could buy nearly any countries friendship with a gift like that, and then membership to the military industrial complexes gift shop and weapons emporium.

Lets give the new president a chance
