    Hurrah! This is great news.

    "In an email Monday morning, the governor's office said it was withdrawing its appeal, because the chief justice on Friday left no ambiguity about the court's view."

    Wonderful. No more wasting of the taxpayers' money, Christie!

    Nationwide recognition of same-sex marriage is coming, and it's coming soon.

    Get ready for a whole lot of happy people. And get ready for the inevitable spreading realization that the world is NOT going to end just because a few additional people want to celebrate their love and commitment for each other.

    With the supreme courts overturning DOMO this summer it looks like only a matter of time before all state laws banning gay marriage will be overturned.

    The business community is also start starting to clammer for a national set of guidelines on the subject. Gay and lesbian employees who are getting transferred around the country are going to balk at moving to states that have discriminatory marriage laws and employers don't like it!
