It is as appropriate as, say hypothetically, an illegal alien rally during the shut down, on a previously closed National Mall, that was specifically opened by the President, so said illegals could yell at the US. And how would we know the President opened the area, well hypothetically, Pelosi could be one of the main speakers and directly thank the President for allowing the illegals to assemble.

If anyone says "no" to the gun guys, they whine about how no one but them understands the Constitution. The Alamo thing is tacky, like a lot of the things they do, but legal, until someone starts lying about the Obama administration. You can count on that happening in the first three minutes or so.
