Stang08 with that schedule I'm pressuming MC should be 2-0? Crazy how it's flipped.. and every year you're exactly wrong with what you say. The opposite seems to happen. So please tell me Logan should lose every game this year.

I do like your top 5, except Jordan should be in the top three; bumping the rest down a spot. Don't forget Mr. Football 2012 is still playing this year; and probably the best RB in the state also in the back field. Can East D-line and LB stop them, we shall see Friday; I will be there to witness the battle for the best in UTAH. "There can only be ONE."

I love this time of the season. And I agree with markymark. You really can't tell who is number 1 at any level after two games. Congrats to all these young men who fight hard week in and week out. Gotta love football man.

Your an alta homer so of course your going to say east is the best because they beat alta. no one knows who the best team in the state is after the second game.

Until someone in the state beats Jordan, they are the best. East does look more physical, but Jordan's Qb and RBI only has been stopped by out of state teams. we shall see! Great game on Friday. The winery will probably go undefeated to State.

East is the best team in the state, period. They will walk all over Jordan and will win by a couple of td's. They have the best d line in the state and some great lb's to back it up and with Jordan's only threats being the qb and rb they'll be in trouble.
Top 5 in the state are-

T-Ville is much improved, but I wouldn't say they're "for real." Their region is down, so I expect they will be a playoff team. They have a tough one with Davis next week.

Jordan lost to East last year by 1 point but they didn't count it due to the power outage. And I agree, East will beat them this week, and they aren't done losing this year by a long stretch.

Regardless who wins the East/Jordon game those two teams are still number 1, 4a and 5a. With Bingham, Brighton, and PG on Jordons heels. Logan and , Highland clearly behind East. These are the best in state.

East will hand Jordan their first lost next week!

Logan and Brighton looking very strong, should be moving up to the top of 4A and 5A rankings. Olypus probably the biggiest surrprise so far. PG on a mission early. Highland self destruction gave Syracuse a gift. Is Taylorsville for real, Yes if they can beat Davis next week. Davis typically destroys Region 2 teams. Jordan blown out, but still have not lost in Utah for a couple years.

"Gunnison built a big lead and held off North Sevier to improve to 2-0."

Very impressive for Gunnison to get to 2-0 after losing last week.

How is Logan 2-0? With that schedule they should be 0-2.
