@Aggie238How you feeling after that choke job? I told you what
would happen. The so called "Best QB in the state" couldn't help
his team win.
@Aggie238He proved more then you will ever see. And he did it with
class. Sorry but you have nothing to say. Keeton hasn't proved himself.
No surprise that the byu trolls are here, hiding behind USU. lol.Go
Utes!Go Aggies...After today...11-1...major bowl...Chuckie Keeton
@ ChristopherB:If you do a little bit of objective analysis,
it's not hard to understand why people are picking the Utes to lose to the
Y this year. 2 of the last 3 years have gone down to the last play of the game.
Last year, the Y had more offensive yardage than the U... and that was in
SLC.And since there is a propensity for things to balance out in the
history of the rivalry, it all adds up to it being the Y's turn to win this
year, and probably by a double digit margin. Then you won't get another
chance at payback for 3 more years! And since it's pretty
obvious to everyone reading these posts that you and Chris B are one and the
same, your commitment to not post on any more BYU sports articles after the U
loses to them on September 21st still holds firm... for any and all of your
pseudo-names.Marked it down.
Rational,Yes, being the 8th seed in the NBA is significantly better
than being mathematically eliminated halfway through the season, like byu and
usu!Would byu and usu like to be in contention for a Rose bowl
within 2 games left?YesWill they be?NoWill Utah ?YesAt that point it only takes a few
things to happen to make that Rose Bowl a reality. And how about
those teams eliminated halfway through the season?
BTW, reading an article and subsequent comments that doesn't include your
team is also a form of obsession.
Chris B's posts are annoying, even for a Ute fan. I skip over most.
Although it's funny how many of you get riled up over them, do you not know
that's what he's trying to do? LOL
Ifel:TJ is right. The obsession is strong. Notice that the very
first post takes a swipe at a team that is nowhere mentioned in the article.
Chris B and ChristopherB. Obviously one and the same. Posts are nearly
identical. Must be nice to have two accounts.Go Aggies.Utah 0-1LOLLOLLOL
@Sofa:"maybe because weber state won't dominate the utes
media market like USU has done this year so far."Dominated
where? Cache Valley only? Okay, no worries there. Put the squeaky cheese
down, my friend...!
Stang, Chuckie hasn't proven himself? Maybe or maybe not, but
one thing is for sure: He's proved more in 1.5 seasons than your precious
Brad Sorenson did in his entire collegiate career, and he still hasn't hit
his ceiling. I almost wish we played SUU again this year so we could thump them
for the third time in five years and enjoy a measure of peace from Stang08.
But, I suppose beating up on a 5A team would be a hollow win.
@Christopher BUtah State is in the Mountain West Conference now.
Chrissy:"What it means is the(at) every game matters for Utah, every
game is exciting, and impacts the national football scene".Hahaha...impacts the national scene?! For the elite PAC12 programs, games
against Utah are like that gas stop I have to make in Burley Idaho on my way to
Oregon. I only stop there because I have to, regardless of whether Burley
residents think they have the prettiest river or lava rocks in the nation.
It's a nice town to fill my tank on my way to a prettier and more desired
location. That's Utah's PAC12 membership in a nutshell...nice place
for Oregon and Stanford to fill their tanks getting ready for the real
ChristoperBSalt Lake, UTmussing,@RationalYes, being in Rose Bowl contention within the last 1-2 games of the season is
HUGE deal. You are either naive or deluded. If you think EVERY team
that isn't mathematically eliminated with 1-2 games is still in contention,
you probably think the 8th seed in the NBA playoffs is a championship contender.
mussing,Intersting that you put the byu game as a loss when Van Noy,
Hoffman, and the other byu players of the last 3 years haven't ever beaten
Utah.LOLUtah 8-4 @RationalYes,
being in Rose Bowl contention within the last 1-2 games of the season is HUGE
deal. Will byu or usu be able to say that?Nope!LOL.What it means is the every game matters for Utah, every game
is exciting, and impacts the national football scene. After byu and
usu lose their first game, what are they playing for?WAC
championships?LOL!I love my Pac 12 membership!
Utah State will lose this game. Even with the so called "Best QB in the
state". Who hasn't proven himself by the way.
mussingaroundAs much as Utah fans may hate to admit it, your
analysis is spot on; a loss to USU could be devastating to Utah's bowl
hopes this season.
chrisb"Meanwhile Utah will be in Rose Bowl contention within
last 1-2 games of season"After losing to the Aggies, the Utes
won't even be in contention for a bowl game.Where are U going
to find 6 wins without a win over Utah State?Weber St, Washington
State and Colorado, IF U manage to sweep them, only gives U three wins.Oregon St maybe, depends on how good OSU is this year@BYU lossUCLA
lossStanford loss@Arizona loss@USC lossASU maybe, if DE
can conjure some magic versus his old teamOregon lossA loss to
USU, means the high water mark for Utah is 5-7, more than likely 4-8.USU 24Utah 17Go Aggies!
It doesn't matter if USU is a rival or not. Last years victory exposed a
team ill-prepared to play in the PAC 12, just like this years victory by USU
will expose a team that didn't take any lesson's from last years game,
except to put more PAC 12 logos on everything. The truth is Utah is the PAC
12's new Washington State. Maybe being in the Mountain West wasn't so
bad afterall. And I know, I'm about to get a whole raft of
"You're jealous" rants and, yes, maybe I am. But I would sooner
see my team in the conference it is in with a chance to win, then in a
conference it will never win in but joined simply for the money. Enjoy all that
extra cash. USU 24 Utah 20.
TJ... byu obsession on this post? yours is the only one to mention them.
Chris B,You are arrogant and dismissive of rivals -- calling an MWC
team a "WAC" team as an intended insult -- yet we've never seen you
post anything of your own athletic accomplishments. Are there any?BTW, "In contention with 1 or 2 games to go" isn't much of a
claim. Half the division will still be in contention at that point. Are you
saying Utah "may" be in the top half of the South?
Chris B,Are you wearing your Quest for the Rose Bowl T-shirt? Or the one
with the dates the utes have played with each year crossed out? I have marked
down your predictions and will remind you when they do not come true!!! Game day
is finally here!!!Go Cougs!!!Go Utes except tonight and Sept.
21st!!!Go Aggies beat the running scared Utes!!!
The BYU obsession lives on here in these posts. Even when the article is about
USU vs Utes.Sounds like the Utes want this too much and are dwelling
on last years loss. USU has a great chance in this game. They will score points
because their O-line is better and more experienced. If the U's o-line
comes together, they should be solid against USU's d-line but USU's
LBs and DBs are excellent. The U will be lucky to score 20 pts tonight. If USU
scores more than 20, the odds are in their favor.
rival or no rival? who caresall I know is chrisbe wont be posting
about weber state non stop and on every article.maybe because weber
state won't dominate the utes media market like USU has done this year so
far.chrisbe we don't want or need you to cheer for USU, that
would be a black eye for us to have you on our side, thanks anyway.
Is usu our rival? No.We're posting about them
because we play them this week. After this week, I'll cheer for
them just like we cheer for southern Utah and weber state. Go Utes!
Utah will beat usu like the wac team they are.Yes, usu's season
will be over(much like byu's after their first loss)Meanwhile
Utah will be in Rose Bowl contention within last 1-2 games of seasonMark it downUtah 30usu 17Go Utes!
