    I'd be interested to know where these weapons were headed... That would tell us what Cuba's intentions were.

    Even obsolete anti aircraft weapons could pose a threat to commercial aircraft. So terriorists would love them.

    IF it's all so innocent... why were they HIDDEN under tons of sugar?

    That kinda blows the, "We were just disposing of obsolete weapons", line.

    Obviously they were smuggling them to somebody and didn't want to get caught.
