Incompetence, or
Corruption? What difference does
It make, at this point?

Where Osama Bin Laden was. He got him without starting 2 unnecessary and expensive wars that our children and grandchildren will be forced to pay for. Oh, and trickle down economics doesn't work. Sorry.

Which is more than I can say about the previous president. He drove this country off a cliff while all the right did was cheerlead! If folks like this letter writer had been as concerned 10 years as they are now, we wouldn't be in the mess we are currently in.

What does he know about?

He knows there are no WMD in Iraq.

Here's what I know:
This is the most intelligent President, the most compassionate President, and the most competent President we've ever had.

Here's what else I know:
A whole lotta Utahns could learn a lesson in Patriotism and respecting the will of the American people and having some grace and humility in defeat.

Obstructionism and childish temper-tantrums are not something adult Americans should be proud of.

One thing is sure for sure: He knows a heck of a lot more about a whole lot of things than his predecessor did.

I don't know, but I bet he could write an opinion piece that is no more than a sentence with the 3 faux talking points.
It will however, work to bait Neocons out for the usual Obama bashing, absent of thought and facts, since most of these non-issues have been discussed ad nauseam here on these forms.

I think if Larry actually wanted to know, the informations is out there...but so is the rhetoric you espouse here.

American Fork, UT

Larry, he knows quite a lot. But he doesn't micromanage the entire federal government, and throwing out some AM radio talking points doesn't do much for anybody.

salt lake city, utah

So now Larry, you have moved Benghazi from not calling it a terrorist act to, the President didn't know about Benghazi. Nice little trick if you get away with it. But lo that is why some of us are here.

What does Obama know? Let's see . . . he knows how to save my 401K, he knows how to end stupid wars, he knows how to rescue a tail-spinning economy from Republican malfeasance, he knows to rescue the reputation of America from thuggish Bush-era torturers, he knows how to help every American get health coverage. Seems to me he knows a lot of useful stuff.

what does BO know? how to campaign and lie. Oops, redundant.

Open Minded Mormon

What does he know?

He knows;
not to invade sovereign countries for their oil.
not to kill 5,000 U.S. service men and wound 75,000.
how NOT to spend $3 Trillion on imaginary WMDs.
how stop a complete economic melt-down.
how to reverse the tail spin and slowly turn it around.
how to pass Healthcare for those with pre-existing conditions.
how to actually get the culprit of the 9/11 attacks - Osama Bin Laden.
that we need to energy independent from oil, and those other countries with it.

...shall I continue?...

Orem, UT

Here we are 7 months after the election and many of my fellow utahns who voted for Romney are STILL full of sour grapes. Instead of ripping Obama could we please go back to that idea which was kicked around at the end of the election (but seems forgotten by the pathetic GOP leadership and ignorant media) about that whole "moderate" stuff? I know rush and bro beck keep being radical and obnoxious because that's what sells. But real politicians compromise and real leaders (like McCain) recognize the need for reform.

Instead of holding onto sour grapes why not fix the problems which caused us to lose last election?

If not, then we will lose again in 2016. Moderate reforms are needed, one lined zingers from am radio are not.

salt lake, UT

Obama knows what most of us do, that these "scandels" amounted to nothing more then a side show circus which is why they evapertaed over the last two weeks.

Orem, UT

"What does he know about?

He knows there are no WMD in Iraq."

@ Joeblow

Joe, Bush and Cheney knew that too. They just preferred to lie about it instead.

Salt Lake City, UT

Why do you want Obama to be involved in the IRS and justice department? Aren't those things that should be as politically neutra as possible?

As for Benghazi... he called it an act of terror on day 2. By the end of September we already had it straightened out that it was not a result of a spontaneous protest. Military help that could've been sent wouldn't have made it on time, and the talking points were edited once, not a dozen times as ABC ended up incorrectly reporting. So... there's really no scandal there at all. Why weren't we better prepared? Hey at least that's a legitimate question. There was a report in December about it and then Secretary Clinton agreed with all the recommendations for changes. So... why are we arguing about this now?

The hatred for President Obama has nothing to do with what he knows or what he doesn't know. It has nothing to do with his politics, political action or even his government office.

There You Go Again
Saint George, UT

It took 19 months before President Reagan figured out what happened with regard to IRAN-Contra.

No problem.

It took 19 months before President Reagan told the American people.

No problem.

Republicans are using the same standard/expectations for President Obama?

Centerville, UT

LOL Defend incompetence by blaming Bush's incompetence. So if Obama's incompetence is OK, then Bush's must have been also? Incompetence at the top can never be defended.

The Real Maverick

I thought the GOP said that their primary focus was on creating jobs?

So why is it that they have focused on literally EVERYTHING (birth certificates, death panels, vacations, clothes, his daughters, pastor, transcripts, bengazhi, etc)?

Focus on the economy!!! It's all about the economy, stupid!

Lost in D.C., I agree. I can't believe most of these postings.
