    "Rate Shock: In California, Obamacare To Increase Individual Health Insurance Premiums By 64-146%".

    * This must be George Bushes fault
    * California voted Obama
    * Californis has voted in leaders who have ruined their economy.
    * Read the Obama speeches from 2009 and list the untruths he has spoken of health care.

    May our Obama voters get what voted for.

    your post is beside the point.

    BO said if you like your current plan you can keep it. just because it's easier for a company to cancel one plan and issue a new one does not change the fact IT IS NOT THE SAME PLAN regardless of what benefist come with either plan!!

    so BO lied when he said if you like your current plan, you can keep it. He LIED. If you say you are seeking the truth, accept it when it stares you in the face.

    the only thing Obamacare did was redistribute healthcare. Sure some were able to get it that previously could not, but that is not because the healthcare providers or insurance companies had a change of heart, nope, just forces working Americans to pay for people who do not have insurance.

    Re:Luke Nelson

    The first insurance companies didn't start out as profit-making entities. Somewhere along the line someone figured out there was money to be made and brought us where we are today.

    Theres a saying--"pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered." The healthcare delivery system in the U.S. became just another place where greed overcame human decency so now there will be some changes.

    I hope it helps.

    @Truthseeker You do realize that insurance companies are not charities, right? They are in the business to make money. That's not to say that they always have great morals, but it seems a lot of people fail to understand how money works.

    Remember the many times Barack Obama, talking about Obama Care, told us: “I will not sign a plan that adds one dime to the deficits either now or in the future?”--September 9, 2009.

    The debt has increased seven trillion under Obama.

    Will some Obama supporter, please, please explain this without blaming George Bush?

    After reading Obama's 2009 speech on health care, there appears to be many untruths.

    * are unelected officials
    * has the power to seize your property
    * can put you in jail
    * has now targeted punishment on citizens they don't agree with.

    These guys will decide what medical care you can have, and what you pay.

    Will a seventy year old person qualify for a hip replacement, or other medical help?

    May our Obama voters get what they deserve.

    Too bad the rest of us will suffer for they're wrong choices.

    Most human suffering through out history, have come from evil governments, which foolish citizens allowed to occur.

    An example:

    In 1938, ninety eight percent of Austrian citizens, voted in Hitler as their leader.

    "The National Association of Insurance Commissioners says it is hearing that many carriers will cancel policies and issue new ones because administratively that is easier than changing existing plans."

    The individual health insurance market was one of the biggest rip-offs, where people paid for junk policies and got little to nothing in return. These people will get new policies which will actually provide benefits.

    I know Republicans would prefer to let people be at the mercy of corporate comglomerates when it comes to healthcare. But it is immoral to jeopardize people's lives for pure profit.

    Obama has Eric Holder and a corrupt IRS to back him up! If you have a dishonest, corrupt Attorney General and a gestapo police force like the IRS backing you, you can get away with anything!

    Interesting point one old man, but from what I've seen lately, the Mafia is also more honest than government.

    But Obama was very clear. "If you have a policy you like, you can keep it." Are you saying he lied to me?

    Let's face it, what happened here is Obama, no doubt speaking off the cuff, made a promise that he didn't know he could keep.
