Things won't be as entertaining, that's for sure.

Too bad. She would have been a vast improvement, and an "iron lady" for our country.

Crazy only plays for so long. As the economy improves and people realize the sky is not falling, politicians like Bachmann start to look more and more like the disheveled "prophet" on the street corner.

Bored to the point of THIS!

Re: HS Fan: True, I guess I'll have to start watching Saturday Night live again. I'll miss the humor!

Re: worf: Nice try, but you just belittled Margaret Thatcher. She was one of the great leaders in the history of the world. She did wonders for her Nation. Bachmann was one of the great leaders...named Bachmann. She just made us wonder?

Re: TylerD: Well said! Some day in the future, she'll be one of the McCarthy's of our era.

Well, lets look at some of Michelle Bachmann's gems

"There are hundreds and hundreds of scientists, many of them holding Nobel Prizes, who believe in intelligent design.”

"Bachmann also accused Huma Abedin, an aide to Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton and former Rep. Anthony Weiner’s wife, of having family connections to the Muslim Brotherhood."

"I find it interesting that it was back in the 1970s that the swine flu broke out then under another Democrat president Jimmy Carter. And I'm not blaming this on President Obama, I just think it's an interesting coincidence."

"[Gay marriage] is probably the biggest issue that will impact our state and our nation in the last, at least, thirty years. I am not understating that."

"The President of the United States will be taking a trip over to India that is expected to cost the taxpayers $200 million a day."

I am confident that the country will survive without her. Late night comedy will certainly suffer.

All it takes for evil to succeed in the world, is for good men and women to do nothing....or decide that doing something difficult and good.... is too hard on them and their family.

The Tea-Party Caucus just lost it's chairperson.

I wonder if Utah's Mike Lee or Rob Bishop (both Tea-Party members)
will toss their hats into the ring for her position?

Amazing how people are followers of the media's propaganda, and hoaxes.

OK! Benghazi came under fire because of a video, and Obama doesn't know anything of our current scandals. Just saw it on television like everybody else.

If the media say things, then it's true.

Economy improving???? What have you been smoking???Maybe the tailspin has slowed a tad but the huge crippling debt will ultimate cause the collapse of this once great nation. And under Obama's watch. Remember who said he would make such marvelous improvements and did exactly the opposite. Remember who campaigned on openness and we have seen the most corrupt administration in modern memory. Any corporation with this dithering and waste would have turfed the CEO long ago.

"Amazing how people are followers of the media's propaganda, and hoaxes. "

worf, you mean like Rikitikitavi's entire post? I mean, you realize not a single claim in that entire post is correct. Worf, understand, FOX News, the number one rated news channel, and Limbaugh, Hannity, and Beck, the top rated radio shows, are all part of the media. As are the National Review, Wall Street Journal, and various other conservative newspapers and websites.

And they sure push the conservative propogada and hoaxes. And people like yourself and Rikitikitavi and other conservative commenters here at the conservative D News, also, of course, part of the media, swallow the conservative propogada and hoaxes hook line and sinker.
