What part of the Constitution does Obama not understand? The 1st Amendment protects the press and allows them to print information that Obama does not want printed. That's too bad, but this is not the United States of Obama, but the United States of America. Obama is a temporary leader who is faring vary badly because he willfully put himself above the interests of the people. Now, he's paying the price. At the very least, he is in political hot water. At the worst, he will be leaving Washington before his term expires.

He was not caught in "nuances" of law. His administration was caught blatantly running rough-shod over our rights at citizens. Finally, it looks like the press is over its infatuation with him. Finally, it looks like they might take off the "kid gloves" and start doing their job to report the corruption in Washington.

Both Republicans and Democrats should be demanding an accounting. The Democrats demanded an accounting everyday of Obama's first campaign, as they reported the death toll from the Iraq war on page one. Now, if the Democrats believe in the Constitution, they must demand accountability.
