I am sure there are plenty of good students from other countries that want to be here and learn. Having lived in countries that have brain drain, those countries don't want to lose good people to us all the time either. However, those that are not trustworthy and have evil designs should be tagged and dealt with. They cause problems for other students that are here on visas. It is more than just a problem with student visas, it is a problem with the system of the CIA, FBI, Homeland Security, etc., not talking to each other, including the local authorities of state, county and cities. Universities don't want to have problems surface at their facilities, either. There needs to be a system to involve them as they have a police force also, in most cases.

When you have a President, whether Nixon, Clinton and now this one, that seems to not be governing for one reason or another, the nation suffers. You have to get rid of the cause of the problem or disease. Governing with trust, integrity and honesty without plying one side against the other is necessary. The Press, Media and journalists need ethics training.
